If you have a website or operate a directory service we at IMS would like to help you earn money by becoming an Affiliate. By placing a link on your website or directory visitors from your site to our site who fill-in and send our Quote Request Form earn you a payment. See each Affiliate Programme for current pricing.
To be an Affiliate is absolutely FREE and you can be signed up and earning money within minutes. Once registered we send you a unique Affiliate ID and one line of HTML code that you require to link to our site.
How? -
1. Choose a banner or text only link by clicking the 'radio button' next to the banner.
2. Fill in all information and your website address (URL) where you plan to put the link. Make sure that your email address is entered correctly as we use this to send you the HTML code. This contains your unique Affiliate ID needed for your website link.
3. Click on the Sign-Up button. Make sure you do not alter the Affiliate ID in any way - changing it could result in someone else receiving your payment.
4. Add the received HTML code to your webpage and upload your new page. Try clicking on the banner once to make sure it works. We also provide Affiliate checking where you can see any payment due to you. A statement will be sent to you on the 10th day of each month to the address details that you enter below.
5. We provide a revenue tracking system that shows all payments due with dates, url link etc. so you know which website(s) & which programmes have produced the best returns.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT: It is essential that you read ALL the terms and conditions of our Affiliate Programme along with the full details of how the Programme works and its features above. By submitting your details to us - to join our Affiliate Programme you have acknowledged that you have not only read all these details but you have fully understood them and completely agree with them.
Joining Our Affiliate Programme
By sending us your details (as above) thus making a request to join our Affiliate Programme you are automatically singing up to become one of our active Affiliates. You are thereby bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. The sole purpose for your participation in our Affiliate Programme is for this purpose only :
To legally advertise our website as a member of our Affiliate Programme to receive the agreed commission percentage on product sales only, via the individuals referred in line with our agreement.
Withdrawal Of Affiliate Status
We reserve all rights against the operation and inclusion of our Affiliate Programme and as such we hold the right to withdraw your Affiliate status at any time - we do not have to furnish you with a reason for withdrawal. However, status will normally be withdrawn for any one of the following reasons:
Advertising of any kind or nature which contains or promotes illegal activities, products or services.
Sending of mass mail (commonly referred to as 'spamming')
Violation of intellectual property rights
Inappropriate or misleading advertising of any kind
False claims of any kind
Misleading Hyperlinks
Affiliate Links
As outlined above you may use either pre-designed banner links or you can use either a graphic or text link which you have designed. Should you want to use your own Affiliate link they must be deemed appropriate in line with all our terms & conditions. (See details above) You may use graphic and text links on your website as well as in related emails. Or you may wish to advertise the site in other publications such as advertisements in magazines or newspapers or on newsletters.
The Agreement
The terms of the agreement commence when you submit your information (outlined above) and thereby sign-up to be one of our Affiliates - the agreement will end when your Affiliate account is terminated. The terms and conditions of this Affiliate Programme may be changed or modified by us at any time without prior notice. If the modified terms and conditions are unacceptable to you, you can choose to terminate your Affiliate account - no other option is available to you in this situation. Should you choose to continue in our Affiliate Programme after the terms and conditions have been modified this will constitute your acceptance of any changes made. Continuing to participate in the Programme is your acceptance of any changes made.
Details of Liability
We make no claim that running our Affiliate Programme and / or our website will be error free - we will not be liable for any errors or interruptions as a result. We cannot be held liable in any way for the loss of database files or for loss as a result of indented damage or harm to our website or programmes. We are not liable in any way for accidental or indirect damages, either in loss of revenue or of commissions payable, as a result of Affiliate tracking failures or programme inadequacies. We do not make any implied or expressed guarantees or warranties. In reference to either our Affiliate Programme and / or the products sold on our website.
